The Winston-Salem area is a huge supporter of the arts and there is always something to enjoy at Stevens Center for Performing Arts, attend an Opera Productions or visit the Sawthooth Center for Visual Arts. Winston-Salem has the largest mall between Washington D.C. and Atlanta as well as being one hour away from Charlotte, shopping never falls short. Clemmons is the home of one of the BEST recreational parks in the area. Tanglewood Park was the original 1100 acre estate of William Reynolds, brother of RJ Reynolds. The property became part of the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Parks Department in 1977. Tanglewood Park has a lot of great activities for all ages. Lewisville is a quaint community with lots of activity for the residents that call it home.  

All of the great communities in and around Winston-Salem are just minutes away from downtown with easy access from I-40 and Business 40. A slower space than bigger cities, great schools, large employers such as Novant and RJ Reynolds Tobacco, shopping, the arts, a big variety of youth sports and being close to the mountains and the beach makes the Winston Salem, Clemmons, Lewisville and surrounding areas the BEST place to live, work and play year round.
